------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-03-28 11:50 ------- Resolved in the new version of kaweth.c module thanks to Oliver Neukum <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. It should be available in 2.4.21 kernel, but if you with to have it now, download and compile it from here (put with permission from Olivier) ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: UNCONFIRMED creation_date: description: Sony Vaio F809K, LM9.1rc2 eth0 on Vaio's docking station fails to initialise properly. It's definitely not the server and not Vaio's hardware: everything worked just fine on the same Vaio machine under Mandrake 8.0 and the original kernel before I upgraded to LM9.1rc2. I suspected dhcpcd first, but the network is up with a 3com PCMCIA (apart from the fact that domainname is not received but hostname, yes. !??) Thanks you for your help!
