What is to say against mod_dvb ? This is an entry point for being able to 
build vdr for mandrake. The mod_dvb should of course regulary be updated. Or 
do you have an idea how this could be worked out in an other way ? Should 
there be provided another RPM with kernel drivers ? I don't think so. 
linux-dvb will be stable in near future (from release point of view) and vdr 
will be stable in some days too. So it would be possible to add vdr to 
Mandrake 9.2. I just did not came around to make an RPM for vdr that maybe 
could go to contrib then. 

suggestions ?
