You mean run-time? Or will this do:
(from kernel-2.4.spec in Mandrake vs):
=======================================================
# If you have a broke dsdt, put a file called dsdt.hex
# in SOURCES/ and it will compile with it.

...

%{?_with_mydsdt: %{expand: %%define build_mydsdt 1}}
=======================================================
This has been in the kernel spec file for a while, so all you need to do is:

1)Place your dsdt.hex in `rpm --eval %_sourcedir`

2)
$ rpm --rebuild kernel-*src.rpm --with mydsdt
