problem still exists.please someone find a solution quick cos it makes you
sometimes shutdown uncleanly which results a new installation after a few
times.it is my 4-5 installation because of this problem.sometimes someone around
the computer (even knows linux) wants to reboot or something like that but that
results fsck after reboot.i dont believe in that fsck shit because once i had
found some files in wrong directories(some were also corrupt) after that fsck.at
least i can say that it is resulting in kernel panic after a few times of this
problem.it could also be you that time that couldnt unmount all drives.so please
someone say something on how to solve this problem..please.....i am sick of
installing mandrake 9.1 again.

i am using english system(as default language) an TR is also installed.
keyboard is TR.(q)

LM9.1 final
Reboot command brings messages
Switching to runlevel: 6
INIT sending procedures the TERM signal and then the prompt appears as this:

<hostname>$ ;2R
-bash: syntax error near unexpected token `;'

and brings the prompt again.
If at this prompt I type `halt', the shutdown process continues normally and the
system reboots. If I type reboot again, system shuts down immediately with all the
`nice' consequences like unmounted fs with errors etc.
