Looks very similar to amavisd-new (but missing many features) ... but I
am still looking for something that also adds disclaimers (as below), we
hacked our amavis-0.2.1 installation to do it, since it is now
essentially required by law in South Africa (although we have actually
attempted to prevent the addition of the disclaimer to some known
mailing list addresses, since the majority of the disclaimer isn't
applicable to mailing lists).

The only well-known solution for this seems to be inflex, but it's
mainly for sendmail, and I don't think it's AV support is good enough.
