Well, with the new lisa init script, it should work out-the-box, *if*
users know how to find it (Konqueror->Services icon->LAN Browser). Most
wouldn't, thus the reason I think an icon on the desktop would be a good
idea.

The other features are more intended for larger networks that have more
than just Windows/Linux boxen on a single subnet.

Still, some fixes need to be made to kio_smb/kio_lan for home networks
with win9x machines (use netbios name instead of hostname/ip).
