Yeah, I really don't get the appeal. It's like someone saying "OK, either I can ship you this nice new car all built and ready to go, or I can send you several thousand parts and a screwdriver. If you're handy with a screwdriver it might go a couple of miles an hour faster once you're done building it, but you know, I can't guarantee anything". It's all pain no gain. :) -- adamw
