Tested on a laptop with Intel BX/ZX chipset with 512MB of RAM, and on my nForce2 system with 1GB of RAM... It hangs on Andrea's VM... at the same point as before: delta_nr_cache_pages... Booting standard kernel allows the use of Alt-SysRq after the crash... Enterprise kernel hangs solid ... only thing that works is Reset button :-( As for reference the kernel2.4-marcelo-2.4.21-2mdk works on both systems... Thomas
