I upgraded from kdebase-3.1.1-10mdk to kdebase-3.1.1-20mdk and konqueror
stopped creating thumbnails for new jpg pictures in my directories. The old ones are
displayed and the kde "wheel" at the upper right hand corner turns aproximately
right amount of time as if it is still generating new ones. However, the
$HOME/.thumbnails directotry does not change. Removing everything from
$HOME/.thumbnails did not help; only empty $HOME/.thumbnails/normal directory
was recreated.
