The problem is that package was built in klama. So if klama doesn't have it, urpmi doesn't know about it, how the heck did he build it? Looks to me like rpm is producing phoney depedencies. If his package depended on some other package to be rebuilt then klama should already have this otherwise it couldn't be rebuilt...
