A constraint is actually good if the window that is to be opened is larger than the screen. In that case the titlebar should be placed at the upper desktop border and not, as is conceivable, way offscreen with the window center matching desktop center. So a constraint in order to place the titlebar onscreen when opening a window is good. Preventing the user from manually moving the titlebar offscreen is, well, not nice ;) Mark
