Nope, it's not standardised. David's contribution is another
outstandingly witty and incisive entry in possibly the most pointless
flamewar ever devised - an ongoing argument about GNOME's preferred
button order. David's post was about indicative of the general level of
sophistication in the "debate". (Some People: this rocks. Other People:
this sucks. Both Sets Of People: LET'S FIGHT!)
