------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-21-07 19:51 ------- same problem here, firebird is not and has never been installed. In fact, I wouldn't have noticed the problem, if I had not tried to use mozilla-composer. Galeon works fine. So I guess that the engine is okay and that the problem is the gui/theme or maybe locale as I use de_DE just like Goetz. When I first saw the error it showed with the usual chrome theme. After removing ~/.mozilla I still get the error with navigator, only this time it looks like gtk, certainly the buttons are Geramik. But I managed to get the setup window for mozilla-mail. That one shows no text and three buttons without labels (buttons are oddly shrinked to minimal height), clicking any of these seems to do nothing. -- Configure bugmail: http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: NEW creation_date: description: The latest 1.4-2mdk version of mozilla doesn't start but produces an error popup: 'Error launching browser window: no XBL binding for browser' Downgrading to 1.4-1mdk fixed this. I suspect the optimization flags as source of the problem.
