Really? You have urpmi-4.4-9mdk. So do I. The problem may be that --bug is listed, but you're using a UTF console, so searching the manpage (within less, which is called by man to display the man) fails to find hyphens? Or maybe you're on a different platform (PPC, Alpha, whatever) and the manpage for your platform is somehow wrong? Or your catman is screwed up and you have an old preformatted urpmi manpage sitting around blocking you from seeing the real one? Anyway, if this actually isn't there on your system, that sounds like a bug worth reporting.
