Hmmm, yes, it seems Luca Olivetti said he would not complain too much.
So, I will apply it for now by default.

That was the case until now, I will change it to be default, disabled by
- --without-autocreate

I would like more info on what the " Support MURDER environments." on
the todo list at http://email.uoa.gr/autocreate/ means. Does it mean
murder environments will be hampered by this patch, or only that mailbox
autocreation does not work?

We still have some time before final, but we need to get cyrus-imapd
rebuilt.

Florin, hope you don't mind if I rebuild cyrus (it's vulnerable being in
contrib ;-)).
