It fix the problem for me. i don't use gnome-session, i'm just running
gnome-panel with enlightenment-0.16.6.

fcrozat tell me it was a theme problem but it make that with all themes.
At start up, i've got this:

** (gnome-panel:782): WARNING **: Incapable de charger l'icône de stock
« gnome-lockscreen » du tableau de bord

** (gnome-panel:782): WARNING **: Incapable de charger l'icône de stock
« gnome-logout » du tableau de bord
