ok, seems buggy, i take (/var should be a bit smaller than /home, based on 
    { mntpoint => "/var",  size => 100 << 11, type => 0x83, ratio => 4 },
    { mntpoint => "/home", size => 100 << 11, type => 0x83, ratio => 5 },
