module-init-tools was installed already. I didn't know about the generate-modprobe.conf command - but I ran it, it seemed to do something - and the I rebooted. Still there is no "pcnet32" module to load.
Has anybody written a "how-to" for getting the kernel-2.6 to run properly in Mandrake?
