(after trying to get a reply from Juan concerning supermount-ng (which was available when 9.1 came out), I basically gave up on getting kernelteam to include patches/drivers.).
Next kernel-mm will be based on thomas' kernel (estimate it will be ready by this weekend).

While there were those who complained about you potentially adding patches to mm that weren't in main, and they had semi-valid points against it, this time, there's no arguing that:
1. mm kernel is NOT official at all, so we can do whatever we want with it
2. main kernel is NOT up to date, and a multimedia workstation needs drivers and utilities that are as recent as possible... in many cases not even written yet ;-)
