I have a parallel port zip disk plugged straight into my computer's printer port ...and the printer is plugged into the back of the zip drive. At installation, install finds the zip drive, because it automagically installs the imm driver (does this work better than the iomega new zip disk driver?). When I try to change to /mnt/zip, my terminal freezes and no key stroke combination I have found will unlock this. Sometimes it does unfreeze and if I try to reboot, shutdown -r now hangs at unmounting local filesystems.
