Other browsers require indexhtml, and whichever package provides browser, such
as kdebase for konqueror, should require indexhtml (this includes
mozilla-firebird, lynx, dillo etc etc).

Click on the konqueror icon (on KDE panel). A konqueror window pops up and
tries to load "file:/usr/share/doc/HTML/index.html" but gives an error message:
An error occured while loading file:/usr/share/doc/HTML/index.html:
The file or directory /usr/share/doc/HTML/index.html does not exist.
