Bug still present in LM9.2rc1.
"rpm -e --test indexhtml" shows:
error: Failed dependencies:
indexhtml is needed by (installed) mozilla-1.4-4mdk
which means kdebase still does not depend on indexhtml.

Click on the konqueror icon (on KDE panel). A konqueror window pops up and
tries to load "file:/usr/share/doc/HTML/index.html" but gives an error message:
An error occured while loading file:/usr/share/doc/HTML/index.html:
The file or directory /usr/share/doc/HTML/index.html does not exist.
