Cool.  I tried that.  It churned away on the urpmf for a while, and 
reported no error.  But trying to make the CD images, produces exactly 
the same result as before.

Can't locate File/NCopy.pm in @INC (@INC contains:......

'urpmf NCopy.pm', install that package that it says it's in, then rerun
your command.
It is looking in the correct directory according to the search paths you
pasted.
