That's a really good point. However an ls of that directory shows Spec.pm and the subdirectory Spec. Looks like it didn't get removed or anything. So I'm still not sure why the MakeCD script is failing.

Keep in mind that slocate doesn't use a "live" view of the system, but rather, a view from the last time the db update for it was run (by default from a crontab script entry under daily and weekly, here). Thus, if you are updating your system, it may be that was removed but the slocate db hasn't been updated to reflect that, yet.
