HAHAHAHA.....ah cummon....

If the testers have problems, then they might leave, and less testers means 
less testing. So......

It makes sense to make sure testers can get programs/packages easily.

ADDITIONALLY it makes sense to make sure the package-mirroring update software 
is working correctly as well, as eventually this becomes something CUSTOMERS 
will be using, if not in whole, in part (as a rule).

While there is some basis to what you are saying Adam, there is ALSO a good 
basis to expect the mirroring to be working well, or at least a hope that the 
problems are attended to. I think, as such, an expectation that the problems 
are being looked into in an appropriate manner is also warranted, for the 
above mentioned reasons.
