Hello all,
I recently installed the test4 RPM from cooker (using the mirrors.secsup.org
site) and it seems to refuse to boot at all. I wish I had some output or
something to share, but it seems to output nothing. Which brings me to my
second question. I also have test3 installed, it boots fine, but hardly no
modules are loaded. No mouse, no sound, no net, no usb, no nothing. It would
seem that everything is upgraded to the needed versions, but no luck. My last
question is, is the RPM compiled without console support? I get no messages
during boot, and after boot I cannot exit X or switch to any of the
terminals. Thank you in advance for any assistance. Hardward configuration
follows:
Motherboard: MSI KT4V (VIA KT400/VT8235 based)
CPU: Athlon XP 2200+
HD: WD 120GB
Video: Nvidia GeForce FX5200
Sound: RealTek ALC650 (On-Board)
LAN: VIA VT6103 (On-Board)
