[Cooker] Mdk71 - Linuxconf and file permissions

Why did linuxconf change the following file permissions :

/var/spool/mail from 42775 to 40775
/usr/sbin/sendmail from 100755 to 106755
/usr/sbin/pppd from 105755 to 104755
/home/ftp from 40700 to 40755

Are the permission not correct after a fresh install of Mdk71 ?
