I've included the PCMCIA section in my version of the page, adding a short explanation about why the manfid could/should be included in a commented line. http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/twiki/bin/view/Main/HardwareHowTo I've also added corrections per Thierry's cooker e-mail (as well as a couple of my own) to the things that I'd added yesterday. While doing my initial entry yesterday, I had already added a series of steps in the PCI section about creating a patch. I wasn't quite sure I'd understood Thierry's message with the proper way to create a patch. Would someone care to enlighten me, or even just go ahead make the corrections to the page itself? Buchan, how would you like to do things? My formatting is quite different than yours. Would you prefer to change the links on the home and HowTo pages so that they point to yours instead of mine (in which case, it should become a subtopic of HowTo)? Or would you rather make changes to mine to bring it into line with what you wanted? Ah, the dangers of anarchic editing... :) - John
