Well, apparently there is a program, /usr/bin/mf which texconfig calls, but for
some reason it's not installed, so the script fails. Do you have any idea which
package is mf a part of? Here is the log from texconfig:

/usr/bin/texconfig: line 1045: mf: command not found
/usr/bin/texconfig: line 1045: mf: command not found
/usr/bin/texconfig: line 1045: mf: command not found
expr: syntax error
/usr/bin/texconfig: line 891: test: -lt: unary operator expected
expr: non-numeric argument
expr: non-numeric argument
expr: non-numeric argument
Running mf to create plain base ...
fmtutil: no info for format `mf'.
Done.

Regardless of what command-line parameters I give to xdvi, it always displays
the usage message and quits. It seems like the arguments are not getting passed
to the executable called from the wrapper script.
