------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-07-09 23:36 ------- uh, no, OSS/Free provides drivers for most cards, including PCI ones. draksound's interface is terrible and counter-intuitive; for most cards, when you run it it will show only one driver available, which will be whichever of the two possible drivers for your card (OSS and ALSA) you are *NOT* currently using. It never displays the currently used driver, which is very confusing.
