Hello
in the power pack I had explicitly to disable the soundservice to get
sound. By default the sound was starting twice and somewhow not working
then. Only by disabling in the controlcenter I got it working and only
with the modules.conf below. Your modules.conf doesn't work at all with
my CS4236b Soundcard!
The complete modules.conf:
alias autofs autofs4
probeall scsi_hostadapter ide-scsi
probeall usb-interface usb-uhci
alias eth0 8139too
alias sound-slot-0 cs4232
options sound dmabuf=1

Hi
Found another bug....not in the download version but in the Power Pack 9.1. My
sound works only after deactivating the sound service but could
also be because of xinetd as I deactivated both at the same time and suddenly
after rebooting I had sound.
Thanks for checking that. See also my previous mail about my soundmodul
troubles.
