------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED]  2003-09-09 19:50 -------

short explanation:
==================

1) fill one bug per entry.
2) fill your bug on the appropriate product.

longer explanation:
===================

1) one bug is assigned to the one who maintain the components; so
   having several bugs reports in the same bugs reports will only:

   - confuse people, with mixed comments about different bugs,

   - and only one of the maintainers if the different products
     involved will be assigned to the bug.

2) your bug hasn't anything to do with kernel.
   since you provided almost no information, we cannot automagically
   guess on which product you want to report a bug.

   please fill a bug report on gdm, xdm, kdm or mdkkdm depending of
   what dm you currently.
   in order to know what dm you currently use, just run drakedm,
   it'll show you the current dm.

description:
I don't know if this is a proper place for reporting this bug. Anyway,
I found it annoying to have to get into text mode when I log off my
account and try to get into the root account. Previous versions of
RedHat and Mandrake Linux allowed user to login to the root account
on the graphical mode. It casued some panic when I first time tried
to get into root account to do some adminstrative stuff there.

The second bug that I found is about grub. It seems to me that it will
be better to include grub graphic interface. (I got the idea from RedHat)
