No, this is Macromedia's fault for offering the tarball of the plugin by
default. You'll have to click on 'More Players' on the right side of their Linux
download page, then you have to click the link with this foot note:

These Linux packages (RPM, DEB, ebuild) are available for manual download,
apt-get, urpmi, or emerge for these supported operating systems: RedHat,
Mandrake, SuSE, Conectiva, Debian, Gentoo, Generic.

And you'll finally find the rpm package for Mandrake. Case closed. It's not
Mandrakesoft's job to work around other company's unintuitive web pages.

I have Netscape 7.1, and flash refuses to work, reinstalling Netscape and flash
didn't help, I have the same config files as in MDK 9.1 where all worked well,
about:plugins reports flash to be installed and enabled, but when I go on a
flash site I get a message saying I must download the flash plugin, even doing
this and using the macromedia installer doesn't help.
