It is the most user friendly Linux distro.
But. who cares if netatalk isn't included? Hell, I've never used it. I consider
myself a power user and, for myself anyways, the lack of it hasn't hampered me
in the slightest. For that matter I don't know what the hell it is. Obviously
has no relevence to the user friendliness or the power that comes stock with
Linux Mandrake.
If a user ever feels absolutely devastated by not having it there is nothing
stopping them from installing it themselves. So they have to take 10 precious
minutes out of there life. Life can be tough sometimes.
Perhaps you should focus on the more important things in Linux life, rather
than exclusion of a totally unnecessary package to the every-day-operational-use
of Linux Mandrake.
