Updating to the newest version. Bug is still valid, but has gotten worse. I
can't drag and drop anything in Galeon 1.3.8.

Steps to reproduce:
1 Click Bookmarks -> Edit Bookmarks
2 Add a new bookmark folder
3 Try to drag and drop an existing bookmark into the new folder.
However, you can right click the folder -> New bookmark. Then you can drag and
drop into the folder.
