Yes, there was no change for a long time (see rpmfind.net).
Finally this was an answer to my question:
netatalk was/is put on one Mandrake CD.
And therefore there are no licensing pbs or anything else. :-)
(Or do you spoke of a RedHat Powerpack CD?)

one) listed on rpmfind.net.
