Userdrake toolbar is too big and when at minimum size you can't see the others
icons.
There was the same problem with printerdrake which use the same layout ( see
#5282 ).
The solution is to make long text shorter ( 2 lines instead of 1 ) and to
reduce the space between text and borders( i.e the padding )
