I installed the ati.2 package just fine, but when I try to install the avview
package, it gives me an error. It says it can't install it because of
something wrong with the ffmpeg. Is there something else I can install to
substitute for this package, or any way to force it to install?

I'm trying to get the TV part of my graphics card to function in linux, but the
control center says that I do not have a tv card installed. I've gone around it
and installed the TV packages myself and attempted to run them, but they also
say the same thing. I have tried running the config in the control center
several times, but it keeps giving the same message.
