Yeah, this happens when you mix stable and cooker.  You take your chances.
Look at the version numbers:

3.6.1p2-4mdk
3.6.1p2-1.1.90mdk

Which one is higher?  The one you have installed of course.

You'll have to uninstall the old openssh to upgrade to the new one.  Or wait
for a cooker package.
