------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-18-09 09:10 ------- I have the same firewire problem on my sony pcg-grx316mk, kernel 2.4.20. (i tried knoppix, because there is win2k all over the harddisk, but the problem is the same...) lspci tells me that the irq is set to 0. I tried setting it with "setpci -s 02:05.2 interrupt_line=9". (on windows, it works on int 9). but running lspci after that tells me again that it is set to 0. -- Configure bugmail: http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: UNCONFIRMED creation_date: description: The Sony Notebook has a DVD/CDRW on the docking station which is accessed through ieee - from all the documentaion I have found across the internet - the ohci1394 module should work - but I get an error when loading it.
