Here is an other suggestion... go grab this image (from current cooker) ftp://ftp.uninett.no/linux/Mandrake/Mandrake-devel/cooker/i586/images/cdrom.img ( or this one if you want to actually try to install a MDK 9.2 RC2+: ftp://ftp.uninett.no/linux/Mandrake/Mandrake-devel/cooker/i586/images/cdrom.img) and make a bootdisk to boot from ...
