rpmslist contains only the CD1 rpms list.

To be more specific, the file /Mandrake/Base/hdlists contains
the path of the the rpms on each CDs, at present the hdlists looks
at this,
hdlist1.cz2 Mandrake/RPMS Installation CD
hdlist2.cz2 Mandrake/RPMS2 Extension CD
but you can do whatever you want given that your repositories or CDs
reflect the same thing.
