For what it might be worth, respectfully, IMHO, you are both wrong. :)
Bluefish, Quanta, Screem, Mozilla Composer and _any_ other application that is
designed for web page/site DEVELOPMENT belong in the _Development_ category.
They have no more business being in " Networking->WWW " than Eclipse or IDLE
would be in there. And they do not belong in 'Editors' because the "Editor"
category is for text editors & word processors that do not normally involve
doing any coding and cannot insert code or check the code to verify it (NEdit is
on the borderline there).
Bluefish, Quanta, Screem, Mozilla Composer et al have nothing to do with
viewing, fixing, examining or running networks and, as ndeb pointed out, are
loosely attached to the "WWW". So, I must really agree with ndeb that they do
not belong in the current category(which, BTW, is based on the RPM spec "Group").

Sadly, it is not going to get changed*. MDK has been told about this and other
weird s! (opinion!) in the MDK menu system for years and they have not changed
them. Best thing to do is just use the presently working menudrake and move the
stuff that is illogical to you(I already did). MenuDrake today is a HUGE
improvement over past years - try it, you'll like it.

*But it would be okay with me if someone at MDK did a cut&paste just to make a
liar out of me. :)

In the KDE main menu, mozilla composer is in networking->www . It should
instead be in Applications->Editor since its an HTML editor.
