Now, my system doesn't have a floppy drive (it has an LS-120 drive) and apparently there is an issue with systems without floppies (See bug # 4945) when acpi and harddrake are enabled. Anyone from Mandrake willing to help with this??? ACPI used to work with Mandrake 9.1. This is very similar to a bug I reported weeks ago on my laptop (sorry, can't remember the number). Emmanuel
