I installed Linux Mandrake 9.2 rc2.

I partitionned my harddisk during the installation process. After I fully
installed the distro and that I used it one time, I wanted to install a
Microsoft Windows OS again. I first booted on a Microsoft boot floppy disk. I
ran fdisk. When I wanted to see the partition table (choice 4), then fdisk
program frozed always. I tried to boot on a CD but Microsoft Windows NT told me
I had a disk error.

I decided to install Linux Mandrake 9.1 final (minimal install). I used it one
time. I then booted on a floppy and I could use fdisk ! I suppressed non dos
partitions (previous Linux install) and created 1 primary dos partition and one
extended dos partition. On the extended dos partition, I created a logical
reader. I could then saw C: and D: readers.

I rebooted and formated the 2 partitions with the windows file system.
