Basically, I suck. After I asked my questions about packaging on the cooker list last month, I went back to the Gambas list and asked some packaging questions there, and it turns out the way I'm doing it now is bad both for Cooker and for Gambas itself. (It expects all its files to live under /opt/gambas or /usr/share/gambas and I haven't had time to rewrite my spec file.... sure would be nice to get it done in time for 9.2, maybe I'll have time before contrib freezes if it hasn't already...)
