afaic, this is a problem for people rebuilding the whole distro from
scratch for a new arch.
this is due to printer-drivers including everything, especially gimp-print

libgimpprint-devel is required to build gimp. This package is built by
printer-drivers. Printer-drivers requires gimp-devel to be built. This results
in a circular build dependency.
