fix #6020
ok, the bug roots really are the switch from using the internal
gimp-print in gimp to use newly introduced system wide gimp-print by
till in gimp-1.2.2-2mdk
the buildrequires for libgimpprint should had been removed then.
the above patch sould do it. (will be applied once cooker is unfreezed)

printer-drivers. Printer-drivers requires gimp-devel to be built. This results
in a circular build dependency.
