The result of clicking the pdf generation toolbar button is a pdf document that
can not be read at all with kghostview. Trying with acroread and xpdf opens the
document but with some characters overlapping.
Printing generic postscript to a file then converting with ps2pdf results in a
pdf that still cannot be opened with kghostview, although it can be opened with
with acroread or xpdf and is not corrupt at all.
