BitTorrent is very slow, 50h is too much for my ADSL 512k/128k. I have limited max_upload at 11k and download is still low ~10k Without this limitation, DL=3k and UL=16k
When I started downloading I had the same low transfer rate (around 10kB), but after leaving it running for a few minutes, speed jumped up to over 250kB.
